Shipping policy

We ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what is in your bag.

 

Our pieces are sent directly from the American workshops that make them, usually within three business days. Leather goods are cut and sewn to order and can take a little longer. If anything will be delayed beyond a week, we will write and tell you rather than leave you wondering.

 

An order containing pieces from more than one maker may arrive in separate parcels. There is no extra charge for this.

 

Tracking is emailed as soon as a parcel is on its way. If tracking has not reached you within five business days, write to hello@shophartsgrove.com and we will find out where it is.

 

We do not ship outside the United States at present. If you would like us to reach you, tell us where you are and we will see what can be arranged.

 

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. If something arrives damaged, photograph it before doing anything else and send the photographs to us. We will sort it out.
